Product Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving seamless integration and proactive support of commercial data center deployments
  • Participate in proof-of-concept development, demos, and post deployment support of Platina products
  • Debug & resolve issues and implement solutions to automate recovery
  • Communicate status, technical solutions both internally and externally
  • Work closely with development team to resolve issues in timely manner – be an advocate for customers
  • Participate in product roadmap discussions, test plan reviews etc. to improve resiliency and quality
  • Prepare customer facing presentations, root cause analysis of field issues and resolution plans

Qualifications

  • B.S or M.S in relevant discipline (CS, EE, Math, Statistics)
  • 5+ years of experience in data-center product development, installation, deployment
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support in networking/server space
  • Must have experience with data center turn-up (IP addressing, L2/L3/L4 protocol configurations, DNS, firewalls, NAT, IP tables, etc.), monitoring and issue resolution
  • Must have experience with networking switches, configuration of servers and storage, docker/kubernetes based application deployments
  • Ability to diagnose/debug customer issues live

Storage Orchestration Engineer

QA Automation Engineer
